Responsibilities:

  • Achieve primary and secondary sales targets, manage channels, and oversee Marcom activities within the assigned territory.
  • Develop sales plans and budgets for the assigned area to meet sales targets.
  • Build and maintain an efficient network of dealers and distributors to project expected sales volumes and profits for various products.
  • Motivate the team to explore new retail opportunities.
  • Provide managerial oversight to a team of sales executives and sales officers to help implement marketing and sales promotions, ensuring sales targets are met.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Sales Planning and Budgeting: Create annual sales plans and budgets for the assigned area to meet company sales objectives.
  • Target Achievement: Drive a team of sales executives, sales officers, and distributors to generate sales and meet annual sales targets.
  • Resource Optimization: Monitor and control the sales budget to ensure optimum utilization of resources in the area.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct regular market visits to understand trends and identify new opportunities to grow sales.
  • Dealer/Distributor Network: Develop and maintain an efficient dealer and distributor network by providing information on new and improved products and ensuring product availability in the area.
  • Merchandising and Promotions: Ensure merchandising and promotional activities align with the Marcom plan.
  • Marketing and Sales Promotion: Implement and evaluate marketing communications and sales promotions in assigned districts.
  • Team Management: Schedule and assign sales activities to the sales team, motivating and reviewing their performance.
  • Competitor Analysis: Track competitor activities and report to the Business Manager.

  • Establish and maintain a strong network of distributors, dealers, and retailers to drive sales and promote the MS Life brand.
  • Implement sales strategies and promotional activities, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Utilize knowledge of MS Life’s products and operations to address and resolve customer complaints effectively.
  • Collect and analyze sales data to evaluate the success of strategies and make informed decisions.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Sales Achievement: Drive sales of company products through a team of sales officers and an efficient distribution network.
  • Relationship Management: Build and sustain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and customers to promote the MS Life brand.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of product knowledge as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Market Visits: Conduct regular market visits to assess route coverage and monitor competitor activities.
  • Customer Complaint Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Sales Promotion and Strategy: Collaborate with the Area Sales Manager (ASM) to implement sales promotions and strategies, ensuring support from the marketing team.
  • Inventory Management: Coordinate with the warehouse to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.
  • Data Management: Collect, collate, and document sales data accurately, ensuring it is entered into the system.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve secondary (retail) sales targets for assigned locations and support retail network expansion.
  • Expand MS Life’s market presence and penetration through effective coverage and conversion of retailers in assigned districts.
  • Exhibit a thorough understanding of MS Life’s products and sales processes to handle customer complaints satisfactorily.
  • Support promotional activities planned for your assigned districts.
  • Adhere to assigned PJPS and submit daily reports.
  • Identify and engage suitable retailers for coverage in assigned districts.
  • Handle dealer counter sales and effectively convert customers.
  • Demonstrate excellent product knowledge.
  • Follow the established sales process meticulously.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints to ensure satisfaction.
  • Implement sales promotions by coordinating with sales executives.
  • Ensure appropriate display of promotional materials at Points of Purchase (POPs) and Points of Sale (POSs).
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of current and prospective customers.

Job Description:

  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, monthly, and other reports as required to the relevant authorities.
  • Communicate and coordinate with dealers, the sales team, and all other concerned individuals.
  • Maintain and track the delivery of inward and outward letters, gifts, coupons, etc., ensuring timely delivery.
  • Execute tasks as directed by management, adhering to established timelines.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to organize and manage the Monthly Review Meeting.

Required Candidate Profile:

  • Female candidates only.
  • Any graduate with at least 2 years of experience and proficiency in Tamil is mandatory.
  • Proficient in MS Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong data analytical skills.
