To support and enhance business planning and management efforts, MS VAYU has established and maintains a comprehensive Quality Management Program (QMP). This program is built on and compliant with the ISO 9001:2008 standard, ensuring consistent application and continuous improvement. The QMP is designed to monitor, analyze, and enhance our quality management efforts through established processes, standard operating procedures, and rigorous audits, all supported by robust documentation management and records control.
The QMP integrates with our corporate planning activities. Through annual strategic planning reviews, MS VAYU sets corporate goals, which are then translated into a performance scorecard to measure our ability to meet or exceed customer expectations. The scorecard focuses on four key areas: staff, customers, business processes, and revenue targets. Each area is broken down into specific measures for the year, with annual goals translated into actionable items, assigned due dates, and responsible individuals for execution.
The MS VAYU Quality Management Program applies to corporate-level functions that support quality management and to the service delivery of all products and services provided to customers. Exceptions may apply where contractual agreements with customers specify otherwise.
